Volunteers needed. No Experience Required. While SAS Institute is one of the integral conference sponsors, SESUG is an all-volunteer organization . We need energetic people like YOU to get involved. There are a variety of tasks to select from based on your interest and available time.

Session Coordinators assist the section chair with lighting, speaker introductions, time keeping and general equipment needs. Pick your favorite section and enjoy presentations while being a volunteer. Session Coordinators are scheduled for morning or afternoon blocks of presentations.

Registration/Information Desk Coordinators help conference attendees before and during the conference. They are centrally located to hand out conference materials and answer questions. Coordinators can work a 2, 3, or 4 hour block of time.

Operations Support coordinators work closely with the Operations Planning Team to help post conference signs, assist with conference setup and tear-down, and other miscellaneous coordination activities.
