SESUG takes pride in offering you great educational and networking opportunities. Choose from a wide array of presentations to meet your specific goals. These presentations are given by experienced SAS users with real-world experience and SAS personnel. In your spare time, meet your fellow users, SAS personnel, SAS Alliance partners, and third-party exhibitors. All of this in state of the art facilities at the Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel and Waterfront Conference Center.

Hampton Roads, Tidewater, Coastal Virginia, metropolitan Norfolk - all these terms are used to refer to Portsmouth and the many surrounding cities you can explore on your trip to SESUG '05. Plan to arrive by car, train, plane or boat!

The SESUG 2005 Conference planners welcome you to Portsmouth Virginia. You will be amazed at the superb meeting space and luxurious accommodations at the Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel and Waterfront Conference Center.

Our comprehensive Conference Information and Registration Guide is available on the registration webpage; the guide provides a all-in-one view of the conference in one large printable PDF document. Otherwise, feel free to browse our website for specific details and information.

QUOTES FROM LAST YEAR'S ATTENDEES

“I felt really welcome and was encouraged at every turn to participate and ask questions and join in” - SAS programmer for 5 years and 1st year SESUG attendee.

"I enjoyed the Norfolk/Portsmouth area so much during my visit to attend SESUG 98, that I returned to the area for a four-day vacation. There is a lot to see in the area, including a tour of the Navy base, Nauticus--a museum devoted to the sea and ships, and hot nightlife in the bars and clubs along the riverfront. I had a great time and am looking forward to my next trip to the Norfolk/Portsmouth area for SESUG 2005." - Michael Raithel, longtime SAS user/user group participant and "Books By Users" author

“I learned a lot! I have picked up SAS on the job - No formal training. There were questions I didn’t know to ask and I didn’t know SAS could do. This day and a half probably has been the most worthwhile use of my time recently. My boss probably thinks I’m just getting out of the office but he’s getting a good return on his investment”. - SAS programmer for 2.5 years and 1st year SESUG attendee.
