Getting to the Conference Hotel
You can get close to the Hilton Head Marriott Beach and Gulf Resort by air or train.

 Airport Information

Two airports serve Hilton Head.  The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is about 50 miles from the conference hotel.  The Hilton Head Regional Airport (HHH) is on the island and only about six miles from the hotel.  From these airports, you can book a shuttle from the Gray Line Airport Express.

 Ground Transportation from the Airport

Should you require shuttle service from the Savannah Airport or Hilton Head Airport, you can make reservations through www.lowcountryadventures.com or by calling 800-845-5582.  Reservations should be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival.  You will need to identify yourself as an attendee with SESUG (SouthEast SAS Users Group) and use PIN # 35535 to receive the preferred group rate of $58.00 per person/round trip from the Savannah International Airport, or $22.00 per person/round trip from the Hilton Head Regional Airport.  Reservations are a must to guarantee a seat and to receive the discounted rate.  Please have a credit card and all of your flight information available when making your reservation.

Upon arrival in Savannah, check-in at the Gray Line Airport Express transportation booth located in the North Baggage Claim area.

Departure reservations can be changed from the hotel 24 hours prior to departure.  The number to call will be indicated on your return trip ticket.

Flights arriving after 12:30 am are not met.
