PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GRANT


SESUG is offering Professional Development Grants for qualified applicants to learn more about SAS by attending the SESUG 2016 conference in North Bethesda, MD-October 16-18, 2016.

  
Eligibility Criteria


  • Currently use SAS software as part of employment.
  • SAS software user (other than student use) for 36 months or less.
  • No corporate funding available to attend conference.
  • Paper/poster presenters receive priority consideration.

Support Provided


  • Reduced registration rate of $50.
  • One four-hour workshop of your choice.
  • Up to $300 travel stipend based on receipts, available to presenters only.
  • Food is NOT covered other than food included in the registration.
  • Hotel is NOT covered.

  • Expand your SAS knowledge and skills.
  • Gain experience presenting your SAS work (encouraged but not required).

  • Monday March 21, 2016 – Grant application available on SESUG Website.
  • Monday June 27, 2016 – Grant application deadline.
  • Week of July 8, 2016 – Grant decisions sent out.

 

  
Important Dates for Presenters and Priority Grant Consideration


  • Monday May 16, 2016 – Deadline for Abstract Submission.
  • Monday August 1, 2016 – Final papers are due.
