Signing Up

Every year, more and more of the SouthEast’s SAS users are gathering at SESUG. If you would like to join together with your peers in Jacksonville this September, we encourage you to reserve your place as soon as possible by completing our on-line registration. The Regular Registration Fee for SESUG ‘97 is $200, which includes:

access to all presentations, demonstrations, and mixers
admission to either Monday's or Tuesday's luncheon
a copy of the SESUG ‘97 Program and the SESUG ‘97 Proceedings
assorted mementos of your SESUG ‘97 experience (this could include a T-shirt, a tote bag, and/or any of a number of other promotional items currently under consideration)

All of these benefits combine to make SESUG ‘97 a cost-effective investment of your travel and training budget. However, we will make it even better by offering a special Early Registration rate of $165, providing your Conference Registration is RECEIVED on or before Friday, August 15^th, 1997.

The deadline for receipt of your Registration Form and fee is Friday, September 12^th, 1997. We will offer On-Site registration on a space-available basis, but there will be a surcharge for On-Site registration. In addition, we cannot offer a luncheon ticket with On-Site registration, nor can we guarantee that there will be sufficient Programs, Proceedings, etc. available for On-Site registrants. Regular Registration will close on Friday, September 12^th, 1997 - please ensure that your Registration is received by that date to avoid On-Site Registration fee.

Note that there is an additional charge for pre- and post-conference training, the Sunday Workshops, the Guest Program, and for the CONSUG meeting. Also, it is not possible to offer Single Day Registrations for SESUG ‘97.
